➤ What is Blog
A blog is like your personal diary in which you express your feelings and share your knowledge with others. Blogging is an act of writing a post for a blog and a person who writes content for a blog is called blogger.
Some people do blogging as a hobby but you can also earn a handsome amount of money through simply share your knowledge with others. (Because sharing is caring...😉)
➤ How to Create a Blog
⏩ Go to Blogger website.
⏩ Sign in with your Google ID then Click on Create your blog. In Title BOx enter a unique name for your blog.
⏩ In Address box enter blog address or Url.
⏩ After this choose a theme for your blog from the given themes you can also change the theme later...
⏩ Now click on create blog.
(You can change the given information whenever you want in blog settings.)
You can use the left menu to:
➠ View your posts, pages, comments, and statistics.
➠ Manage earnings, campaigns, change settings.
1. To create a post click on new post. A new window will open which look like Microsoft word where all tools are available to create post you can also paste your staff from any other notebook. Here you can format your text and attach videos and pictures with your post. After this click on publish.
2. In stats menu you know how much page views on your site. You can also see traffic sources and audience of your page in this menu.
3. In comments menu you can see comment of others on your post. You can reply to comments or delete unwanted comments.
4. In earnings menu you can qualify for ad sense and turn your passion into profit. it shows your earnings.
5. You can promote your page through Google ad campaigns.
6. You can add pages in your blog with pages menu. Process of making page and creating a new post is same.
7. In layout menu you can add, remove and edit gadgets, page header and blog posts.
8. In theme menu you can change theme and appearance of your blog.9. In blog settings menu you can any time change title, description and blog address, also you can add email. And set your language preferences.
➔ To change title click settings > basic > title and then click edit. Enter a new name for the blog. Click on save changes.
➔ You can control who has access to your blog. Decide who can see or edit your blog
➔ To get feature announcements, advice, and other info, sign up for email updates:
Click Settings > Under "Email Notifications," next to "Feature Announcements," choose "Yes." In the top right, click save settings.
