Here are some simple steps to increase Internet speed and maximize the performance of your web-connected devices.

➤  Step 1
Click on Start > Run you can also press (Windows logo key + R) to open run window .Then, type gpedit.msc (group policy editor) in the Run window. Hit enter. A new window will open.

Now double click the Computer Configuration

➤  Step 3

Now double click Administrative Templates. Then, select "Network" under "Administrative Templates."

➤  Step 4
Select and double click "QoS Packet Scheduler." You will find it on the right hand side of your screen.

➤  Step 5

Select and double click "Limit Reservable Bandwidth."

➤  Step 6

First click on Enabled

Then change bandwidth limit (%) to 0(zero) percent and then click "Apply." When prompted, click "Ok."

By this SIMPLE method you can cut the part of your window bandwidth. There is no reserved bandwidth now. You will feel a difference that internet speed is optimized now.

Important note:

Group policy editor is a very handy tool and it is used to solve huge variety of problems but Mostly people get error message when they run gpedit.msc in their windows 10 and 8.1

This is because Group policy editors are only supported by windows pro and windows home version not support it so check which version of windows you have.

Well you can download group policy editor easily from internet. 

Drudger on deviantart  is commonly used to download gpedit. To download hit the button on the right side of screen.
