➤ Delete Unwanted Data
Every website uses cache to increase the page speed. Whenever you visited a website you phone automatically store these cookies and caches.
These unwanted caches decrease the available memory for apps and other files. you can clear these cookies and caches in your phone settings.
Go to setting>>Storage>>Click on the cache >> click on ok to clear caches.
➤ Reduce the Number of Concurrent Apps
Overburden is also a reason of phone hanging issue. Each phone has a limited amount of memory (RAM) and processing power. Use of these resources beyond the capacity may hang the phone. So minimize the number of concurrently running apps. Stop those apps that you don't need or uninstall apps you don't require.
To see the list of currently running apps, go to Settings > Apps > Running App.
➤ Keep All the Apps Updated
Mostly people don't update the apps and this cause the phone hang so regularly update all apps as and when better new version is available. Latest versions of apps also use lesser memory and power. Keep visiting the app stores like Google Play (if you have Android phone) and iTunes App Store (if you've an iPhone) to stay updated.
➤ Shut Down Your Mobile Phone
Some time unnecessary peaces of data linger on your phone and occupy memory space and hang your phone screen. To solve this shutdown your phone every once in a while and then restart your phone. It will refresh the memory and solve the issue.

➤ Install Apps in External Memory (SD Card)
One cause of hang problem is allocation of phone memory in improper manner. In most cases, by default, the apps get installed in the internal memory of the phone. This leaves lesser space for the running apps and cause clogged memory. If your phone hangs, it is advisable to install apps in the external memory (i.e. SD Card) of the phone. Because external memory is larger than the internal memory and can also be easily expanded if required. Also make SD card your default write disk with this setting all your apps will install in SD card. To change your setting.
Go to Settings >Apps/ Storage > Default write disk > Select SD Card.
It is important to install apps on external memory. But also give external memory some breathing space. Keep some space free in external memory so that apps can easily store and read their relevant data. If external memory is also full to the brim that can also become the cause of phone hang.

➤ Use Cloud Storage
Use Cloud storage to store your files and data which you want to save for the future. Store only those files in your memory card which you needed every day and upload those files to the cloud storage which needed in the future. You can easily access your files and data from cloud storage at any time.
➤ Delete Unnecessary Data
Unnecessary photos, videos and audio take up most of the space of phone if they are in internal memory. Also became the cause of your phone hanging all the time. Delete unnecessary photos, videos and songs but if you don't want to delete them then Move them to the external memory (SD card or USB).
➤ Identify Resource Hogging Apps
Some Game apps are top memory guzzling apps and use much more memory than other apps. Check the use memory of each running app. If possible then try a lighter alternative of an app that is using a lot of memory.
To check Apps memory Go to Settings > Apps (or Memory) > Running Apps.
➤ Install Antivirus Software
Some time phone hangs because of virus. Virus can slow down your phone and also can delete your important data. To remove virus from your phone use antivirus. Antivirus software is a program which is designed to prevent, detect and remove harmful viruses from your phone.
➤ Factory reset your phone
If all the above methods doesn’t work for you and you still have problem then do factory data reset on your phone.
Factory data reset removes all of the phone data like browsers, bookmarks, photos, videos contacts, memos, messages, websites, songs and Apps. so it is important to backup your data and files before performing reset.
· Tap Apps > Settings > Backup and reset
· Tap Factory data reset > Reset Device > Erase Everything
