If you are blogger then you must know that blog promotion is such a headache. We join different platform and try different methods to get more traffic. There are many social media platform which help in promotion and building traffic. But I personally like Pinterest because Pinterest is best platform for blog promotion. So I decided to write this article and share some tips with you all in step by step guide.

🔶   Sign up on Pinterest with your unique Email ID and password and after that enter some basic information... you can also use your Facebook ID or Google id to sign up. once you sign up create a profile ...

🔶   To get more traffic from Pinterest best option is to convert your Pinterest account to a business account... Business account is quick, easy and free. Business account helps you reach more audience. Also it gives facility of Pinterest analytics which help to track all your pins activity and monitor Pinterest profile.

🔶   Make your profile interesting add your website logo and website address in it. Write long description in your profile. I suggest give more detail of your website so that visitor gets more attracted.

🔶   To get started with Pinterest and to save pins you need a board. Pinterest boards are great source of traffic.To create board click on + sign on Pinterest profile. Add a name of your board and click create. Well I suggest use common words for your boards so that they can easily come in search. Use Pinterest keywords as your board name.

🔶   To increase your blog traffic it is recommended that not only create your own boards but also contribute in other group boards. As a beginner because you have few followers so join those group boards which have more followers. To join group Boards All you need to do is go read description of top boards follow the owner after that contact the owner through email or message as mention in description and when they accept you in their board then pin a lot.

🔶  Secret boards are also cause of great traffic. You can save your pins in these secret boards and then publish them time by time. You can also create different categories of your pins.

🔶  After creating board next Create a vertical and attractive pin and save in board. Use large pins because large pins get more traffic. I use Canva to create pins but you can also use PicMonkey or any other picture editing tool /app according to your website. Add pin in your website/blog post and then share it on Pinterest. You can also directly upload pins on Pinterest by clicking on + sign in Pinterest .While uploading pins add your post URL and description of your website post in it. Also use related hash tags. I suggest use Pinterest keywords in your pin description.

🔶   Not only save your pins but also Repin other peoples content also. This can rank you higher on Pinterest and increase your website traffic.

🔶   There are lot of people on Pinterest with different ideas and niches. Search people of your niche and Follow them. I suggest follow a lot because when you follow someone other person get notification of you and they see your profile and if they like it then follow you back.
